компания "access softek (ип гурфинг михаил григорьевич)" about project and position overview access softek is a software company headquartered in berkeley, california with offices in manhattan, chicago, and vancouver. we are creating a digital banking solution: online banking, mobile banking, omnichannel lending, and omnichannel account opening. today our 300+ employees are serving over 400 financial institutions and reaching over 3 million mobile banking end-users every month. our focus is on innovation: mobile-first, machine-learning, and ai everywhere. professional services team looking for middle manual qa to handle custom online banking features testing. mandatory working hours: late day- evening till 22:00 (msk), with the possibility for breaks during the day, but attendance at all meetings after 16:30 (msk) is required. primary responsibilities collaboration with developers, pmchr(39)s, manual and automation qachr(39)s reviewing acceptance criteria, functional and technical requirements and making suggestions of improvements high-level estimation (in story points), based on ac writing/reviewing test cases initial/regression testing of mobile and web applications based on test cases exploratory testing reporting bugs in jira test environment and users customization providing suggestions of improving qa processes and the quality of software to be a proactive team member and provide input on all stages of software development ​requirements degree in computer science or related discipline 2+ year experience of software testing and at least 0.5+ year in web testing excellent at searching bugs strong at writing test cases to be attentive to details strong qa theory knowledge english level (speaking, writing, reading) - intermediate level ability to work without supervision strong problem-solving skills ability to understand the nature of bugs (front-end, back-end, configuration) experience in grey-box testing using logs good at root cause analysis knowledge in defect tracking systems (especially jira) strong desire to learn new things and to develop new skills as plus work experience in big companies with good testing processes. experience working with a distributed team experience with scrum active user of online/mobile-banking systems our benefits: work from anywhere in the world! senior development team long-term employment competitive salary internet compensation (50$ per month) paid vacation and days off on national holidays paid sick leave and internal medical insurance policy global corporate events for all employees compensation for training and additional education provision of computer equipment
