компания "corinthia hotel st.petersburg (отель «коринтия санкт-петербург»)" sales executive groups & events is responsible for achieving and surpassing the agreed targets for the sales department through effective selling and development of existing and new business opportunities in turn maximizing room nights and revenue. the selected candidate will be responsible for: implements all active sales activities in a specific area of responsibility with the goal of generation and converting leads to achieve/exceed budgeted revenues. ensures guests expectations are exceeded with a professional and proactive work. achieve monthly budget goals and personal business targets. maintain, acquire and develop new and existing accounts to increase market share through research, telesales, existing databases etc. explore business opportunities and convert them into room nights and revenue. conversion target for sales executives is minimum 15% per quarter reply on all requests including accommodation and banqueting and meeting facilities according to the sop. response time target for the team is maximum 12 hours. follow up of all new incoming leads and maximization of its conversion. collate, send and follow up proposals, contracts and credit agreements according to the company and russian legislation guidelines. follow up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business. is responsible for cash collection from business partners and cooperates with the accounts receivable team to ensure consistency. encourage accurate database management and tracking of activities and information in opera. conduct site inspection effectively and professionally with thorough knowledge of clients’ needs and hotel product. handle complaints and pass to the hotel management. ensure that deadlines are always adhered to. always thoroughly prepare for engagements, both internal and external, and represent corinthia hotel st. petersburg in a professional manner. the ideal candidate will: have minimum 1 year experience at a sales position preferably in a 5* hotel opera knowledge strong communication and interpersonal skills fluent in written and spoken english have strong negotiation and selling skills an ability to use time-management. computer literate in microsoft window applications and relevant computer applications required. ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. conditions: a chance to join high performing team of the best mice hotel in russia broad opportunities for rapid career growth and professional development competitive officially declared salary medical insurance for you and for your child (after the probation period) wide range of staff incentive programs; corporate learning and development opportunities free meals on duty friendly atmosphere and mutual support work in the very center of the city (7 min from metro st mayakovskaya, vladimirskaya) cvs are expected in english
