компания "fircroft engineering services limited" responsibilities: timely materials expediting, overseeing documents preparation and execution of customs clearance of shipments to/from platform, engaging companychr(39)s customs broker on material clearance issues, and overall general support to platform drilling operations. engage key stakeholders on identifying/mobilizing material to support platform operations and backhaul shipments to the port of kholmsk. maintain/finalize the material call-off document of equipment identified for a specific shipment(s). work directly with company custom’s broker to clear material for delivery to/from platform per the special customs procedure. coordinate transportation and load preparation of platform cargo with the drilling logistics team located at the port. track cargo delivery to the consignee/point of delivery and its subsequent return as required search for all documentation and information required for customs clearance of platform materials maintain log of material movements to/from platform with all necessary references (requestor, ipes#, material description, po#, cd#, other relevant info) instruct and assist drilling contractors on customs clearance of their materials for delivery to/from platform track the flow of materials ordered both by sea and air transport from origin to end destination. submit as required documentation requested for customs clearance. maintain lan based status report on delivery of platform materials from vendor to company with supporting documents on all shipments. working with company marine, kholmsk shorebase and platform on vessel loading plan and offshore shipments priorities engaging company key stakeholders as required requirements: higher education degree strong proficiency in english and russian (sap, microfsoft word, powerpoint, excel, and pts) conditions: employment in accordance with the rf labor code; voluntary health insurance, social benefits; 5/2 in yuzhno-sakhalinsk
