компания "кимберли-кларк" conditions: maternity cover responsibilities provide timely and accurate cost analysis, sound financial advice and counsel to several plant teams and management to assist in minimising manufacturing costs and meeting plant objectives. establish annual budget and quarterly forecasts for assigned areas by providing analysis and interpretation of financial and statistical data to operating management and by working closely with plant personnel to establish cost forecasts representing good normal operating conditions. participate in the monthly closing process to ensure that accurate and timely information is provided for both corporate financial reporting and plant cost control. ensure the timing and accuracy of cost information by developing a thorough working knowledge of relevant manual and computerised cost systems, by maintaining assigned systems or system components in good working conditions and by identifying and recommending system improvements. ensure application of established corporate financial controls within his/her area of responsibility by the effective implementation and maintenance of financial policies and instructions; and by the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of effective and reliable plant control procedures. demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based philosophy in the level of service provided. communicate fully with superiors, subordinates and other team members requirements: higher education in finance / accounting or technics / mathematics two years experience in the similar role or three years experience in other finance roles in multinational company good communication, presentation and organisational skills desired systems knowledge/implementation experience is desired (gaap, sap, excel) english – pre-intermediate / intermediate
