компания "антал бизнес решения (тм antal kazakhstan)" responsibilities : basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment such asmills, crusher, flotation, pumps, filtration, conveyors, gearboxes. completing preventative maintenance and field modifications. ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. communicate with global service team maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. meeting health and human services, environmental health and safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. daily and weekly reporting adhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, hippa, osha, fda, ohsas 18001, iso 9000 etc. requirements : bachelor’s degree of mechanics, mining field service work experience about three years english knowledges - intermediate or upper experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process. proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job. proficient level of computer skills including ms word, powerpoint, excel and outlook skills - mechanics; electrical engineering; hydraulics; diagnostics; powertrain; engineering;troubleshooting; communication; work independently ;time management.
