Deputy Chief Accountant

компания "aim" reversed technologies is an expert in software development for the fintech industry. we create solutions that are successfully used by financial companies around the world. most of our employees are talented programmers and mathematicians, winners of international programming competitions.we are looking for a deputy chief accountant with work experience in international companies. responsibilities: organization and keeping of accounting/tax accounting processes, preparation of accounting and tax reports in accordance with ifrs and ras, submission reports to tax authorities; preparation of the bs, various operational reports, financial reports in accordance with ifrs and ras; timely prepare (on quarterly basis in accordance with group calendar), analysis and control over fs prepared in accordance with ifrs; reconciliation of project income and expenses (plan vs fact), analyze and explanation of differences. reviewing project results, adding needed adjustments; cfc preparation, submission of notifications and reports; control over payments processing; control over timely posting of expenses to accounting programs, reviewing agreements of international entities of group; interaction with external auditors, providing them with necessary documents; participation in regular meetings, providing written analysis and responding to ad hoc requests in respect of financial data. to conduct a comprehensive review of the existing processes and implement efficiency measures; implementing changes to achieve an optimal balance between value for users as compared to time and resources used; preparation of internal reports for interested parties; managing tax and accounting policies, participation in the compiling and implementation of tax and accounting policies; monitoring changes in legislation or relevant court cases, implementation needed changes to be in compliance with them; participation in the automatization processes (setting goals and their implementation); supervision and provision of day-to-day management and mentoring of department employees; to perform other duties on request of chief accountant requirements: knowledge of ras/ifrs. knowledge of 1c, ms office, google docs, sheets. knowledge of programs sage, exact online as a plus. experience in preparing accounting and tax reports. strong interpersonal and communication skills. excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. skills in change management. high sense of responsibility. solution-oriented and proactive approach. qualifications and requirements: higher education (economic/financial/accounting or audit); experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in an international company with entities registered in international jurisdictions. english level is upper intermediate and higher; experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with ifrs; understanding of accounting (correspondence of accounts, types of primary documents); knowledge of taxation of individuals (residents and non-residents)/legal entities in accordance with russian and international tax laws; experience with cfc; experience in working with foreign banks in their payment systems; experience in it companies, financial companies or brokers would be an asset. accounting certificates (acca, aca, dipifr, cfa) would be an asset . 2+ years of experience as deputy of chief accountant conditions: salary is more than 3000$ (net) based on the results of the interview and registration according to the labor code of the russian federation (the payment will be made in rubles at the exchange rate of the central bank on the day of payment in the currency corridor); english and spanish courses in the office; always fresh fruits and delicious business lunches; medical insurance; sports and cultural recreation; office located near belorusskaya metro st. in the business center "white gardens" (3 minutes walk from the metro station);
