компания "skipp.pro" about the position skipp’s recruitment team is looking for an it recruiter, who will join us in the quest of rapid international expansion. we are looking for an it recruiter, who is passionate about taking on various hiring challenges, building effective strategies, partnering with other members of recruitment team to hire top talent for client’s needs, and is always ready to join any interesting initiatives. why work for skipp? skipp is a platform that offers an effective alternative to it hiring. it helps clients to build development teams, to transform and grow their business, while the developers have the opportunity to join the projects that they truly like from all over the world.our team combines start-up mentality, innovation, ambition and most importantly – teamwork. we cooperate remotely and our team is situated in different parts of the world. we believe in what we do and are sure that skipp will become the trendsetter of it hiring industry.if you’re looking for a team that values innovation, embraces change and diversity, encourages input from every teammember – skipper – and enjoys every second of doing it – skipp is waiting for you! what you’ll be doing: manage full life cycle recruitment for it requisitions; engage with a diverse candidate population (both active and passive) worldwide using various methods including job boards, social media platforms, and personal networking; proactively pipeline for various stacks across different seniority levels; partner with the skipp team members to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining and urgent requisitions; conduct interviews with applicants to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications; stay up-to-date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools; provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of skipp; source for multiple searches and supporting several hiring managers simultaneously; assist with managing and growing our brand and global recruiting our skipper: 1-3+ years of it recruiting experience; ideal candidate will have experience with both candidate recruitment and business development side of the recruiting; strong hiring manager influencing skills with the ability to understand managers hiring needs, make recommendations and coach managers to make the best top talent decision; strong international sourcing skills with previous experience developing, presenting and executing diversity sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines; experience with recruitment management tools is a plus; exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information; flexible, adaptable and attentive to details; english – native or bilingual, knowledge of other languages will be a plus; bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline would be beneficial what we offer: full-time remote opportunity cooperation with an inspired international team opportunity to learn and quickly grow together with us skipp is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. we do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. we are waiting for you in our team!
