Fixed Assets Accountant

компания "kaz minerals russia llc" kaz minerals russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of fixed assets accountant within finance department in our moscow office. structural division: finance department report to: senior fixed assets accountant requirements: ba or msc in accounting; experience of 3 years in the field of accounting; experience in mining or other heavy industry preferably minimum 2 years general knowledge of tax legislation, accounting regulations, ifrs practical skills in 1c, erp or similar accounting system; responsibilities: keep recording of receipts of fixed assets (non-current assets) to bookkeeping accounts (ras and ifrs) and tax accounts, according to the documents of suppliers. keep accounting records of fixed assets, commissioning of fixed assets, and charging of depreciation and its control. interact with the materially liable person at the site for timely control over movement and safety of fixed assets. prepare all necessary documentation on fixed assets accounting, maintain inventory cards. participate in the development of supporting documents’ forms for accounting of fixed assets and capital construction facilities. keep recording of the assessment of cost of capital construction facilities at the peschanka site. verify the correctness of capital construction reporting forms received from contractors (ks-2, ks-3, etc.). keep records of capital repairs of fixed assets. keep records of sale of fixed assets to third parties. keep records of retirement of fixed assets on bookkeeping accounts and tax accounts. provide necessary information on the use of fixed assets to the management and other stakeholders. participate in the inventory of fixed assets, non-current assets and capital construction facilities. ensure the safekeeping of the documents related to fixed assets accounting. ensure the joint verification with fixed assets suppliers and contractors for capital construction facilities. perform assessment of the property tax and prepare the respective declaration (assessment). prepare statistical reports on accounting and use of fixed assets. general requirements: english: intermediate. conditions: employment specifications: direct contract with kaz minerals russia llc; work schedule: monday-friday: from 9 am till 6 pm competitive salary and benefits; medical insurance; corporate lunches; location: "moscow city, mercury tower”
