компания "люгонг машинери рус" duties & responsibilities: parts sales target achievement finalize with dealer for annual sales plan & actions parts sales analysis, forecast, opportunity study & development parts market & competition study (competitors, product, price etc.) support dealer to develop parts sales, stock plan, marketing plan, promotion, campaigns, new product launch and any spare parts related activities to achieve the parts sales target. dealer sales performance and business operation monitor & support parts sales channel development follow up & solve complains and issues from dealers & customers key project, key account support & coordinate related to parts payment collection dealer training education / experience required: bachelor’s degree (can be flexible if well-experienced) familiar with local market major competitors & suppliers familiar with wl, hex, ssl attachment sales familiar with lubricant and tire sales minimum 3 years construction machinery parts sales management experience at oem or dealers language skill: russian and chinese or russian and english knowledge and skills required: excellent interpersonal communication skills leadership and problem solving abilities good computer skills on excel, word, ppt sap system knowledge is preferred
