компания "fssa" requirements: 3 years of experience, managing over 300 employees languages: english, russian and kazakh knowledge of 1c, ms programs, labor code of rok. duties: maintain list of employees, regularly insеrtchanges resulted from employment, transfer and dismissal of staff. coordinate employee movements (hire, transfer, promotion, termination, etc) processes, hr headcount reporting and data analysis, maintain hr database (access, 1c, hr direct) and internal documentation. dealing with payroll queries in cooperation with accounting team. implementation of 1c hr section in order to link hr and accounting database in cooperation with 1c program specialist. develop and introduce paperwork processes, documented data and information exchange as established within the company. take part in annual appraisal and performance assessment, keep records and systematise the results for further analysis. prepare analysis and established reporting on managerial staff, specialists and workers. work on line managers requests, providing an analysis and advise on possible actions to be taken by liaising with other hr sections if necessary. to provide a timely feedback on the request received; ensure timely accomplishment of documents, tasks and assignments of immediate superior. account personnel of the company; prepare reports on number of staff as per established forms. maintain computer database of personnel and ensure its safety, confidentiality and reliability of the data and duly insertion of alterations. correctly process paperwork for employment, transfer and dismissal of staff and be responsible for basic documents content prior to deliver these for action by hr administration section. ensure safety and confidentiality of data about company staff. liaise with departmental managers regarding newly employed specialists and workers; prepare required papers for employment and acquaint a new employee with the job, work conditions, payment, etc. liaise with employees in case of any changes related to their work conditions or any other cases upon necessity; ensure an accurate and timely input in hr databases and reliability of the data inserted. location: aktau, 5/2.
