Reporting Engineer

компания "orion group kz" responsibilities: work in close liaison with the project control leads and colleagues. adhere to the company reporting procedures and annual reporting calendar. active participation to the digitalization of the reporting (use of power bi). support the development of the pdps, monthly management cost & schedule, etc. (including but not limited to reports for slt, covs, 3rd party and authority). support the development of the presentation to be made for sac/shacom meetings. support the preparation of weekly, monthly project reports. keep control of all contractors’ daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for timely issuing, submit to all stakeholders for review and comments and ensure storage of final version for company records. maintain a tight schedule for both departmental and divisional reporting. liaise with all discipline engineers/specialists to collect their individual reports in the required format. check (where appropriate) the data received prior to inclusion into the reports. maintain comprehensive records of all back-up data provided for each report for audit purposes. prepare project control materials for periodic project review meetings. support management and specialists in various department and division audits on project control and technical matters. ensure adequate liaison with the respective stakeholders. provide support, when necessary, in planning, performance monitoring and other project control activities. assist, when required, in department administration matters. work on assigned ad hoc tasks from the management. requirements: a suitable academic qualification relevant to the oil and gas industry. minimum 5 years of working experience in project services, project management, business administration, engineering or other closely related field. project reporting experience. experience in working directly or indirectly for an oil and gas company. conditions: atyrau, 5/2
