компания "alta personnel" large international company is looking for a strong and experienced legal advisor responsibilities: cultivate, develop and maintain effective cross functional relationship, develop and promote corporate legal standards and practices in order to provide legal support on the wide range of matters; provide expert and professional legal advice, guidance and support to internal stakeholders; review, approve and negotiate commercial contracts, special and strategic agreements, standard clauses, specific terms and conditions, etc. to ensure compliance with legal requirements and policies; assist in developing and communicate policies, procedures and controls to ensure that company exposure to legal, commercial and reputational risk is effectively identified, managed and mitigated; perform legal research for business needs related to practice area and recommend appropriate strategies to the internal stakeholders; interact daily with a variety of levels of management both within the company and/or customer organizations; collaborate closely with the hq legal team on matters associated with business operations; handle claims in accordance with corporate requirements to effectively protect company interests; participate in dispute resolution and manage litigation matters; liaise and supervise external advisors in accordance with corporate requirements. qualification: higher degree in law, advanced englisj level (written and spoken); work in a legal department of a large corporation for minimum 5 years; strong expertise in corporate, commercial, civil, tax and labor law.
