компания "samsung research center" task description: participation in support of commercialized video processing algorithm. taking responsibility for algorithm fine-tuning for new use-cases and mobile devices; validation of algorithm performance and testing on mobile/embedded devices. in what you will be involved: • take part in support of state-of-the-art level of real-time video-processing algorithm • analyze issues regarding quality or performance; participate in their resolution with project team • development of new technological ideas for mobile devices, as well as ideas for improving the efficiency of company products. • possible self-growth through learning articles and state-of-the-art solutions; participation on laboratory seminars • preparation of patents and conference papers based on your team solutions. requirements (prioritized): practical knowledge of python and c/c++ experience in computer vision/image processing (more experience is better) technical english (reading of the scientific papers; writing would be a plus) master or bachelor degree in applied mathematics, computer science or optics would be a plus: experience in computer vision libraries (any lib: opencv, dlib, etc.) programming using any simd instruction set and/or dsp experience in software development and optimization at least basic experience with machine learning (any framework: tensorflow, pytorch, etc.) knowledge of java and modern android api experience in gpgpu programming using any of opencl/opengl/cuda/vulkan research skills, including writing papers or patents understanding of computer graphics principles knowledge of mathematical analysis, fourier analysis, linear algebra or computational geometry
