компания "edna" do you have what it takes –to identify sales opportunity in global competitive technology market and convert it;to engage and win over clients through outstanding communication and sales skills;to break records of your sales targets month on month? if this is the case, this job opportunity is for you. come and join russia’s top communication technology brand. you will be a part of companychr(39)s international business team and will play a key role in sales efforts targered towards international markets. responsibilities: carry out sales efforts on outbound and inbound leads through calling, email, social activities proactive nurturing and hunting of new prospects effectively manage team of sales managers including daily and weekly liaising on team performance, sales processes, crm maintenance, issue resolution, and guidance help and drive team build sales materials, competitor, customer, industry and market insights apply sales process and methods to present solutions to prospects, based customer needs & interests, overcome objections and use persuasive selling techniques to qualify lead for sales handover successfully onboard clients by offering guidance at every step of onboarding process and liaison with product, finance, support, legal teams to resolve any issues maintain and build relationship while delivering a positive customer experience achieve or exceed assigned business, pipeline and sales targets develop and maintain strong knowledge of complete portfolio of assigned products document all activity, customer data and maintain accurate forecasting/current status of pipeline within crm assesse pipeline and re-prioritizes sales activity as necessary to ensure monthly quotas can be met maintain general knowledge of competitive solutions perform other duties & responsibilities assigned by reporting manager conditions: office in 5 min from m. autozavodskaya, business center omega plaza 50% compensation for parking place modern and cozy office, including tea, coffee, sweets, fruits flexible working time schedule birthday bonus education, trainings, participation in professional events (for company expenses) after trial period: medical insurance (incl. stomatology). special price for medical insurance for relatives
