компания "лаборатория касперского" hundreds of thousands of people around the globe rely on our expertise in cybersecurity and choose kaspersky products - mobile and desktop - to protect themselves, their kids and close ones. in this highly visible role you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer journey from brand awareness to purchase to product usage and subscription renewal. together with colleagues from various teams - brand marketing, pr and social media, digital sales, product design and development, product management and analytics, customer support etc. - you will analyze the performance of each phase of the customer journey, find bottlenecks, work out a solution to close the gap and measure the impact. what you will be doing: together with bi team and phase owners you will assess performance of major phases of customer journey and touchpoints inside these phases; based on data and metrics propose improvements to eliminate the bottle necks; together with bi team and phase owners propose lacking metrics to evaluate the efficiency of certain phases; develop & approve a methodology for calculating kpis by phases and for critical touchpoints; contribute to the requirements for data reports and dashboards; create briefs for market qualitative and quantitative research; provide market and competitive intelligence for cross-functional colleagues to help them come up with customer oriented and effective solutions; apply cjm methodology to certain initiatives (acquisition marketing campaigns, migration of current user base to a new line of b2c products etc) and consumer products (mobile security, family protection, vpn etc.); basic qualifications: we expect that youchr(39)re an excellent project manager successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment; excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management and development; brand marketing and digital sales etc.; data-focused: able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze the data and gain actionable insights from the data; you understand product econometrics and have profound knowledge about various metrics: product, sales and marketing; you must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (including writing requirements for qualitative and quantitative research, analytical reports and analyzing data); fast learner: be able to learn and understand cybersecurity and product offerings; user-focused and product-driven: strong understanding of product, tech and platform; preferred qualifications: profound knowledge of excel; familiar with various analytical systems: power bi, adobe analytics (omniture); google analytics, amplitude etc (you will be working with the reports); excellent presentation skills.
