компания "представительство «хансгрое се» в казахстане" job description: “csi specialist (customer service international)” objectives: the csi specialist will create and will maintain a link between headquarter in germany and the markets of the territory kazakhstan, central asia & caucasus. she/he will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support. tasks: primary contact for customers with all their inquiries, customer applications, creation of offers and orders, scheduling and monitoring of orders, initiation of shipping and delivery service, issuing and sending reserved item lists, issuing of proforma invoices, returns, complaint management, keeping track of payments and helping to clean up the customer accounts, handling of customs formalities and other export/import regulations organizational structure: csi specialist will be based in representative office in kazakhstan (ro kaz), city almaty. operating under responsibility of managing director (md) ro kaz and reporting to md ro kaz. territory: kazakhstan requirements: job experience: 2-3 years in ordering/office manager’s field/communications with customers b2b/working experience in programs such as 1c/sap (or another business processes programs) is welcomed. presentation of own activity on interview is required living location: almaty languages: russian(required), english (required), kazakh (desired) windows and office skills
