Contracts Administrator

компания "person hunters, ооо" international company is looking for a contracts administrator.the role will be located in tashkent. there will be reasonable inland travel across uzbekistan and official travel will be arranged/ reimbursed. the qualifications for the role are as follows:- a bachelor’s degree in law or a master’s degree in contracts management- 3–4 years of experience in legal assistance and reasonable knowledge of england & wales law/ uzbekistan law (or) 2-3 years of experience in large scale projects with at least one project completed in contracts and compliance management. attributes including: - fluency in english language reading/ writing/ speaking, including grammar (will be tested)- detail-oriented, accountable and proficient multitasker.- expertise in ms word/ power point/ outlook/ teams, internet applications- ability and willingness to work independently and within a team responsibilities include but not limited to: - management of upstream and downstream contracts working along the contracts manager- minutes of meeting- liaise with and ensure compliance with all permitting- correspondence writing/ managing- payment certification/ approvals- registers/ status of claims/ delays/ approvals/ disputes/ burning issues- ad-hoc tasks from ceo/cfo/contracts manager- reports and analysis
