Finance/accounting specialist

компания "manpowergroup" manpowergroup russia & cis and our client, american pharmaceutical company, are looking for a strong candidate with communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, multi-task management and problem-solving abilities for finance/accounting specialist responsibilities: perform internal audit for historic payments to national accounts; review historic distributors’ payment audit and develop respective action plan if needed; support new business processes set up based on audit learnings; support other initiatives within finance controlling; contribute to new processes and controls implementation as a result of audit process; reporting and dashboards relevant for areas of analysis and review requirements: minimum 5 years in audit, finance, internal control, tax or accounting; proven experience in audit/internal audit; proven knowledge of rap, us gaap and tax principles; ability to work independently, with minor supervision; excellent communication and analytical skills; fluent english is a plus working conditions: this is a temporary role (1 year) to support strategically important project territory: business center krylatskiy hills; manpower fix-term contract (outsorce) for 1 year, contract extension is possible; competitive salary; working time: 5/2 since 9.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m
