компания "devexperts" devexperts has been working for two decades consulting and developing software solutions for the financial industry. we are experts in solving complex technological challenges faced by the most well-respected financial institutions worldwide. by joining devexperts, you’ll become part of a company that fosters self-improvement and actively seeks out-of-the-box ideas. our teams work together to create the next generation of financial software solutions. we welcome all candidates who believe, as we do, that innovation is grounded in education. we are looking for an events and communications specialist with strong organizational skills. if you are a proactive person with a creative mindset,eager to contribute to the internal communication and the external employer branding of devexperts, do not hesitate to apply for this position. you will be part of the international team that drives employee engagement and recruitment marketing. are you ready to create your own legacy at devexperts? this position will report to senior events & internal communications specialist. you also work in collaboration with the global employer branding, content and hr teams to improve the employee experience throughout the life cycle of a devexperts team member. the position is open due to parental leave of an employee. requirements qualifications and skills: 2+ years of practical experience in event management (hr/pr/employer branding-related) post-secondary degree in pr/hr or related field, and at least two years of professional experience in internal/corporate/employee communications. strong communication and writing skills both in russian and english (upper-intermediate and higher) the ability to consistently meet tight deadlines ability to speak in front of a large audience the ability to craft key messages related to employee engagement and external branding audiences excellent people skills: listening and understanding; honest, friendly, yet assertive communication style adaptive to different personality types; empathy; delivering on promises. additional skills considered an advantage: previous experience in the it industry is a plus skilled in wordpress, html, mindmapping, gantt charts creation is a plus
