компания "team4you" hey! we are scramble, an innovative debt platform providing working capital for consumer goods startups. we are looking for a project administrator to work directly with the ceo and senior leadership of scramble. this highly dynamic and cross-functional role will help you see and get involved in all aspects of a rapidly growing startup, from small operational tasks to key strategic projects! you’ll be responsible for: being multi-functional, self-managing person capable of handling large workload across variety of functions and roles; coordinating on a day-to-day basis key projects that involve ceo and senior leadership; managing projects that are fall into the ceo scope or cross-functional in nature; managing day-to-day tasks where existing scramble functions aren’t yet properly staffed or lack capacity; doing things for which scramble doesn’t yet have established roles before these roles are designed and appropriate people hired; you won’t be able to say: “i don’t know how this is done”, “i wasn’t taught how to do this”; “this can’t be done”, “it’s impossible to do”; “this isn’t my job to do”, “someone else should do this”; your reward for a well-done job will be: more work with increased scope and responsibility; what we expect: ability to get things done despite difficulties and objective circumstances; strong communication skills and excellent english; analytical mindset, clarity of thinking; capability to self-manage, identify and adjust priorities, and not expect others to tell you what to do; what you should expect: key role as part of a rapidly growing startup; a constant flow of interesting tasks, assignments, and responsibilities; direct access to ceo and senior leadership team; focus on results, not on your way of work, hours, or style; about scramble scramble is a remote-first startup based in estonia and uk. scramble was started by a serial entrepreneur, stanford mba alum kamil kurmakayev and is backed by prominent venture capitalists including founders of wise, olx, coffee meets bagel, and senior execs from pipedrive, starship, miro, and skype.
