компания "lets go maldives" удаленная работа: туристический агент / специалист по продажам туристических услуг удаленно потрясающая возможность работы на мальдивских островах - нарабатывайте новый опыт, развивайте карьеру на туристическом рынке класса люкс! minimum contract duration - 2 years, renewable if both parties agree. we are looking for a professional to join our reservations team. position: sales and reservations duties & responsibilities: reply to queries, calculation, work with reservation system, entering contracts and special offers to the system cross check all the contracts are entered into reservations system correctly and add markups before verifying by the accounts team update agents with special offers received from resorts track agents production, make sales calls managing and coordinating efficient and effective sales plan. arranging & coordinating fam (familiarization) trips to hotels/resorts upon request by partners participation on webinars, marketing activities skills & abilities: skills at reservations and sales of tourism products ability to work with people and deal with stressful situations strong character, emotionally stable, self-motivated, enthusiastic, creative, proactive, positive team player, respectful to colleagues good communication skills in order to build close relations with agents and hotelchr(39)s management fluent english and fluent russian (both speaking and writing) business lettering skills negotiation skills computer skills: windows, microsoft office, ms excel, internet explorer, outlook, powerpoint, ms word. reservations/booking systems special requirement: your international passport should be valid as minimum for 2,5 years! qualifications: degree or equivalent in tourism as minimum, 3 years experience in the travel field (travel company) schedule: working days monday to friday from 10:00-19:00 saturday half day sunday - day off benefits: salary: basic salary + sales commission 10 days of paid sick leave to the employee during every year of employment 10 days paid leave in a year to attend to important obligations such as tending to family members during illness 30 days of paid vacation for every completed working year we accept applications and resumes only in english!!
