компания "мегафон" responsibilities provide support for all phases of acquisition and investment work (opportunity identification and screening, due diligence, integration planning, etc.); assist in conducting financial analysis and research for candidates for acquisition or divestiture and prepare target profile summaries; create business cases / valuation models for acquisitions and equity investments; coordinate internal and external resources for investment and acquisition due diligence; assist with creating and populating investment and acquisition deliverables (including presentations to senior executives and board of directors, deal closing approvals, etc.); assist in the development of corporate strategy and the coordination of the annual strategic planning process; utilize project management skills to ensure work streams are properly identified and prioritized, resources utilized, time lines met and provide consistent status updates. requirements diploma in finance, accounting or mathematics; cfa candidacy is a plus; strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, accounting and valuation experience; 3 years relevant experience – big4 (corporate finance, valuation) or investment banking is preferred;detail oriented with excellent communication (both written and oral) in english and russian and interpersonal skills;strong computer skills in excel, powerpoint; sap, capital iq and bloomberg is a plus; basic knowledge of general business concepts and ability to partner with various business disciplines; capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
