компания "филиал ооо китайская национальная химико-инженерная строительная компания №7" responsibilities: participate in reviews and formulation of technical solutions for the client in part of instrumentation design basis, scope of work, initial data, kick-off meeting assist clients towards feasible options and manage expectations work activities will be executed across all phases of projects, including conceptual studies; basic; feed; detailed design; procurement through to commissioning,epc pre-contract activities, itb, preparing estimates and price comparisons project work will include development of instrument engineering deliverables as required on a project by project basis: instrument specifications, data sheets, layout drawings, wiring details, instrument boq, boe, bom overall supervision and check of the subcontractors in the execution of the project and development of project deliverables schedule and coordinate instrumentation work to deadlines and within financial budgets for the project ensuring technical integrity of the instrument deliverables for the project.ensure compliance with the work scope and with applicable international standards perform all associated instrument calculations covering, equipment sizing, cable sizing, ups power requirements, instrument air requirements etc. requirements: master degree in instrument engineering (oil & gas, petrochemical) at least 7 years experience in oil&gas, petrochemical industry knowledge of the procedures and standards related to his duties experience in the design, evaluation and specification of instrument equipment, package instrumentation, field instruments, valves and instrument bulk items including cabling in detailed design packages experience in preparation of material requisition, scope of works, review of offers, technical clarifications, technical bid evaluation, etc. competent in p&id development. competent in sizing of flow devices / control valves. good english-speaking skills (upper-intermediate) conditions: contract as per rf labor code work in moscow office schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm
