компания "филиал ооо китайская национальная химико-инженерная строительная компания №7" responsibilities develop data sheets for mechanical equipment prepare requests of quotation, purchase orders (technical requirements, supplier submission documents, criticality rating and etc.) provide technical bid evaluation participate in defining scope of work, input information and reports for pre-feed, feed and detail design stages analyze supplier documentation for compliance with company requirements and design criteria cooperate with other departments to prepare, complete and send comments to the supplier ensure that other departments understand the requirements for providing input data and information for complete installations of a specific type, namely: compressors, pumps, turbines. review and control of design for any type of work performed by third-party organizations responsibility for the completeness and quality of all work performed by its department, as well as design services for the customer provided by other departments, from concept to commissioning. requirements minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering minimum 5 years’ experience in oil&gas or petrochemical industry experience in dynamic (compressors, pumps, turbines) equipment knowledge of cfd modeling programs will be an advantage knowledge of international / russian codes and standards such as astm, api, gost, snip as it relates to discipline experience in work with material vendors/suppliers good english speaking skills (upper-intermediate) conditions contract as per rf labor code work in moscow office schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm
