Recruiting specialist

компания "brookes moscow international baccalaureate (ib) world continuum school" requirements: university degree; 2+ years’ work experience in related field, recruitment is preferable; previous experience working at international establishment; fluent english and russian is a must; familiarization of russian labor and migration legislation; ability to work effectively with pleasant attitude towards people; excellent organizational and time management skills; high sense of responsibility & flexibility; advanced problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle a large amount of communication, paperwork and data flows; proficiency in computer literacy (mac is preferable, microsoft office, internet). responsibilities: design and implement overall recruiting strategy; develop and updаtеjob descriptions and job specifications; perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives; prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.; source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.; screen candidates resumes and job applications; conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule; assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes; onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated; monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices; provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team; act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process; working with various recruiting local & international platforms, media and agencies; promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”; other duties related to hr field by the line manager. conditions: work in the international company and professional development in multicultural environment; employment in according with russian legislation; competitive salary and compensation package; annual performance related outcome based on performance; health insurance; swimming, yoga, english lessons support; free lunches & breakfasts; brand-new fully furnished office and usage of school facilities by approved schedule; office in green area of moscow – metro station botanical garden; working schedule 5/2, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., short hours during school holiday. please note that cv must be strongly in english.
