компания "kaz minerals russia llc" kaz minerals russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of senior maintenance planner. structural division: construction department report to: earthworks equipment maintenance superintendent requirements: higher (or post-graduate) engineering, technical or business administration education; or diploma in project management.; english - upper-intermediate; minimum 7 years of relevant job experience with mobile maintenance planning and scheduling in either a mining or heavy industry environment; at least 7 years of job experience in the planning, scheduling or execution of maintenance and repair of mining equipment, coordinating infrastructure services or similar experience in an oil and gas environment, or in other heavy industrial industries; a minimum of 2 years of supervisory job experience in the planning or execution of maintenance and repair of mining equipment; excellent knowledge of cat, komatsu, hitachi heavy mining equipment; knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of auxiliary mining equipment and mine site infrastructure maintenance. hands-on knowledge and skills of maintenance planning and execution in a heavy industry or mining environment; able to produce high quality technical specifications and scope of work documents based on end-user requirements; advanced computer skills (ms office, sap, oracle, etc.). responsibilities: develop, maintain and prioritize long and short-range plans to address maintenance works over the equipment life cycle including strategies, cost & budget and equipment health for facilitation of such work plans in alignment with the long and short range operations plans in support of employees of mine maintenance planning group. organize, prioritize and schedule maintenance (from short to long term), installations and modifications of mobile equipment and the procurement of spare parts materials. develop detailed plans for all recurring tasks, including materials, technician skills, materials, supplies, equipment, and shop space required to complete the task. develop maintenance schedules and scheduling methods to ensure that all scheduled work has a time-to-complete estimate. evaluate the number of hours, labor and materials cost and performance records to identify recurrent problems and prepare reports, monitor work in progress and prepare work orders or revised maintenance schedules to ensure that work is completed on time. define best methods for the completion of planned and scheduled maintenance activities, apply resource-levelling methodologies in developing weekly schedules, establish maintenance job task completion times and determine proper tools, parts and materials for the tasks work closely with various internal functions to ensure optimum use of human, infrastructure, and technological resources, participate in discussions of scheduling alternatives for equipment availability, obtain technical and other information required for tasks planning, availability, procurement time frames and the purchase of parts or materials required. document and record maintenance planning and execution information. ensure the preventive maintenance program, other kpis as assigned, and all work orders are returned with necessary completion comments, including failure codes and any root cause for failures are identified. plan ad-hoc work and work not planned by others and suggest work methods to maintenance supervisors, superintendents and the mine maintenance manager. communicate clearly all safety requirements in each job planned and scheduled, including necessary ppe, loto and special work instructions, and prepare safe work permits where necessary. report weekly on the mine maintenance planning group’s compliance to the work schedule and the preventive maintenance program, and other kpis as assigned, ensure that all work orders are returned with necessary completion comments, including failure codes and any root cause identification. support the lead mine maintenance systems engineer with up to date master data in computerized maintenance management system chr(40)cmmschr(41) including asset register, maintenance strategies, service sheets, work instructions, standard operating procedures (sop), asset passport and regulatory registration documentation. support senior mine maintenance reliability engineer in development and improvement of maintenance strategies based on principles including reliability centered (rcm), preventative maintenance optimization (pmo). support senior mine maintenance reliability engineer in implementation of asset management and reliability engineering processes including defect elimination process, root cause analysis (rca) and condition monitoring (cm). support senior mine maintenance reliability engineer in guiding and influencing maintenance execution in best maintenance and engineering practices. work as part of a team to establish and implement departmental policies, objectives and procedures. develop and provide analysis to the opex and capex budget based on rolling maintenance plans; monitor & report current costs against the planned costs. coordinate major maintenance shutdowns, overhauls, offsite repairs, component change out and procurement process of long lead term parts, equipment and assets in support of employees of mine maintenance planning group. manage the master data in computerized maintenance management system chr(40)cmmschr(41) including asset register, maintenance strategies, service sheets, work instructions, standard operating procedures (sop), asset passport and regulatory registration documentation. conditions: employment specifications: direct contract with kaz minerals russia llc;
