компания "kaz minerals russia llc" kaz minerals russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of senior it business system architect 1c within it department in our moscow office. requirements: high degree in information technology, bachelor or master of science in it; additional 1c erp training and certification preferable experience of participation in projects (more than 3) of implementation of 1c erp as enterprises architect and/or at manufacturing enterprises and/or international companies knowledge of modules of 1c erp: finance, logistic, manufacturing, maintenance, hr experience in organizing information exchange between 1c erp and various software (edms (open text preferable, mes, etc.) participation in the system’s modeling, preparation, approving, realization,1c in current enterprise landscape job experience in mining or other heavy industry managerial experience special requirements: fit/gap analysis of current as-is processes, preparation and approving with business to-be model data migration experience understanding of the structure and stages of it projects, the ability to meet deadlines knowledge of the general principles of building erp-systems, systems integration, software development fundamentals; knowledge of general principles project management pmbok, prince 2 ability to prepare project documentation. experience in training users to work with the system. responsibilities: participate in the senior it business system architect 1c erp conduct a survey of the business processes of the companychr(39)s divisions as-is processes models. interact with project stakeholders preparation system requirements develop design solutions in terms of cross functional processes coordinate business requirements, develop, coordinate design solutions, functional descriptions, functional specifications and other project documentation. interact with the contractor on the development of design solutions, acceptance of work performed. resolve technical and organizational issues with related divisions of the company in terms of implementation and operation of 1c erp set up cross functional processes in 1c erp test the settings and implemented business algorithms take part in the trial operation of the system. develop, coordinate and maintain the relevance of design and user documentation process change requests to automate processes. prepare training programs, conduct presentations, conduct training and consultations for users in full-time / remote mode provide support for the experimental-industrial operation of the information system interact with support specialists and the contractorchr(39)s development team to resolve emerging issues and troubleshoot problems in the information system collect and analyze performance indicators for further analysis of the implementation efficiency in projects for the development of information systems, communication systems and telecommunications of the company comply with the external and internal regulations on software development of the company keep records of changes made to the settings and program code of the software of the company based on 1c erp know how to interact with contractors and internal customers on the issues and concerns within his/her area of responsibility to ensure its efficiency conditions: employment specifications: direct contract with kaz minerals russia llc; work schedule: monday-friday: from 9 am till 6 pm competitive salary and benefits; medical insurance - employee + 2 family members; corporate lunches; location: "mercury tower", moscow-city
