компания "инспайр капитал" responsibilities: - checking sales order requests and issuing sales contracts as per company standard templates - coordinating the issuance and comments of non-standard contracts with all teams and proactively ensuring the process is moving ahead - entering and maintaining sales contract data to management-system and monitoring the approval process of the contracts according to internal policies - ensuring timely opening of the letter of credits for his part and ensuring any deviations from contractual data is approved - issuing and controlling shipping documents - following up on shipping arrangements and informing customers about order status - issuing proforma /provisional / final invoices requirements: - accurate and efficient working style with good attention to detail to complete the daily processes - self-confident and an ability to take the initiative and work independently - strong team player with good problem solving skills and ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlines - good interpersonal skills with pro-active and flexible approach - strong customer service commitment and good analytical and conceptual thinking - self-motivated with an ability to absorb and interpret information quickly and thrive under pressure
