Internal Controller

компания "coleman services" our client is a russian manufacturer of ingredients for the food industry. the company invites an internal controller/ business process analyst to join its team. responsibilities: main job purpose is to elaborate full package of documents formalizing the companychr(39)s business processes system in accordance with sox requirements for further use in erp implementation. existing business processes (bps) and workflows (wfs) analysis; checking the relevance and effectiveness of the company’s bps and wfs; bps updating and re-modelling in accordance with sox requirements and erp systems operating rules; identification and modelling of unformalized bps in the company; analysis of the company’s internal documents regulating bps operation; update of internal documents regulating the company’s bps in text / tabular / graphical formats; testing of internal controls in accordance with risk matrix approved; regular updаtеof internal controls descriptions due to changes in operating conditions and environment; training of internal controls owners; internal audits support submitting required information and documents; elaboration of action plan based on internal audit results, its implementation control; annual segregation of duties review, providing proposals for risk elimination and changes implementation. knowledge and skills: higher education in finance / business analysis / it; experience in internal control department in industrial company >3 years; experience in bps modelling, mapping, and description >3 years; internal auditor certificate; knowledge in business analysis; knowledge of graphical notations for bps mapping; advanced level of english; experience in erp systems implementation. job condition: official registration according to the labor code of the russian federation; competitive salary; lca; opportunities for career growth and professional development.
