Timekeeper (Табельщик)

компания "fircroft engineering services limited, kazakhstan" the timekeeper role is assigned to provide qualified timekeeping services for our contractors on tco project (national employees). main duties: • maintain a daily electronic timesheet (excel format) containing a list of employees (in alphabetical order), a badge number, a service order, a cost center, a work schedule, working schedule information, and make appropriate notes in the timesheet in the dct (tco timewriting system) and 1c zup program;• daily monitors the availability of confirming applications for overtime, night work, holidays /days off work, signed by the initiator, the employee and approved by the customer;• close the time sheet in a timely manner, according to the approved schedule for closing the time sheets and submit the time sheet signed by the customer to the accounting department;• before forming the timesheet, checks for compliance and availability of all personnel documents on admission and dismissal, vacation, sick leave, business trips, overtime, work at night, days off and holidays confirmed by the customer • systematically makes changes to the 1c program related to the hiring of employees, transfers, resignations, annual/ unpaid leave, sick leave, etc. requirements: • higher or at least special degree (college) • work experience of at least 1 year in similar positions; • knowledge of the current labor legislation of the republic of kazakhstan; • excellent pc user, office; • knowledge of the use of 1c zup; • knowledge of russian, kazakh, english (preferably) languages; • high level of attention to detail, stress resistance, ability to work with a lot of information
