компания "four seasons" the director of it is responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and stability for both standard network and hotel industry specific technology. main responsibilities: to respond to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all four seasons policies; must be able to assist hotel guests with technical requirements and issues; establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems; establish and maintain system security procedures consistent with control requirements and corporate policy; provide administration services, to include; contribution to technology capital and operating budgets; provide systems administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration, trouble-shooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation; ability to operate operating equipment as necessary; ability to operate computer equipment and/or software systems including but not limited with microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) and internet on the level of experienced user; requirements: degree in information technologies; more than 3 years of experience in a similar position; command of english language on the level of advanced; knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications and interfaces: opera, navision, 1c, meeting matrix, focus, workday global hris and any other software used at the hotel; have good skills in communication, self and team management, training and coaching, leading by example, planning and organizing; conditions: work in the international luxury hotel chain; corporate training; career and professional development; competitive salary and bonuses
