компания "kimep" registrarchr(39)s office is looking for applicants to the following position: job title: registration and customer services specialist department: academic affairs section/unit: registrar’s office position reports to: registrar job purpose summary: to make registrar office better place for student advising on registration issues by improving customer care services, locating all necessary information on kimep website, helping students during registration and thereafter. key responsibilities and duties: attendance of incoming phone calls (call center service) advising students on any registration issues at the counter, by the phone and via email helping students in solving registration issues and cases supporting best customer care services verification of student’s diplomas, statuses, degrees. screening, responding and, when necessary, further distribution of incoming messages received via the officechr(39)s official email account. consulting students/parents on payment related questions. informing on procedures for withdrawal, reinstatement, academic leave, transfer between programs, etc. admission of documents related to registration, schedule, academic statuses, etc. from students and departments. taking part in preparations for kimep university academic events (on-line registration, graduation, etc.) work with archive. updating, sorting and storing student’s personal files for easy reference upon necessity (personal files, preparation and passing documentations to kimep archive, receiving newly admitted students’ personal files from admission office). issuance of certification letters and official transcripts to current students and ex-students based on their online requests present to visitors advice and recommendations in a clear and concise manner; maintain confidentiality of information; maintain files and records; keep all customer forms current and well stocked and available. keep office supplies organized and in stock. performing other duties as might be directed by the registrar. minimum qualifications: a university degree; strong knowledge of ms access database system; computer skills – ms-word, excel, access; crystal report; fluent english and kazakh client-oriented; strong communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to details, responsibility; ability to work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. preferred qualifications: experience in managing databases; technical degree. deadline for submission of applications/resumes is july 5, 2022 inclusive or open until filled
