компания "lanck telecom" lanck telecom team has been working on global telecommunication market for more than 20 years. our main projects are related to the development of solutions for international operators, voice data and sms services. and also we create unique niche products for our clients. lanck telecom is a distributed team of professionals, using modern technology stack and all actual tools for effective work. currently our company is in the process of implementing bitrix to create a single information field and automate internal business processes. we are looking for a person who will solve the issues of support, administration and configuration of the system. main tasks: gradual translation of the companychr(39)s business processes into the system; setting up a test environment to test the changes being implemented; setting up integration of bitrix with other systems of the company (erp messengers); setting up notifications in the form of messages based on the events from other information systems; providing uninterrupted operation of the system; installing new versions of the program and fixing bugs; providing support to users with any questions they may have; work on the implementation of the system in conjunction with the analyst and system administrator priority tasks at the moment: connecting and configuring the office negotiation booking module; transferring of the process of work with contracts; connection and setup of the module for absence of employees in the office; registration process for incoming and outgoing correspondence requirements: experience setting up and administering bitrix; experience in estimating work on a project by deadlines and budget; basic php skills, bitrix programming experience; it is desirable to have a certificate of passing tests on bitrix24. we offer: hybrid work format; support for professional development (participation fees in training conferences, webinars); medical insurance; sports activities: volleyball, soccer, table tennis, kicker; exciting corporate events.
