Senior Commercial Specialist

компания "mph vostok" our customer is a company that provides maintenance and repair services for underwater pipelines in the field of hydrocarbon transportation and is part of a large oil and gas holding, looking for a senior commercial specialist. responsibilities: liaise with customers as well as the company’s operation department and other disciplines to determine and deliver with regard to customer requirements; develop and execute execution strategies for the delivery/provision of goods & services; prepare relevant contractual documents for proposals to customers; identify the work scope specific bid evaluation criteria (technical and commercial (priced & unpriced) and support in/manage the proper addressing of such criteria; issue offers, handle requests for clarifications and ensure clear and proper distribution of information to customers; support/manage the contract preparation, negotiation strategies; ensure proper documentation and arrange contract signatures; manage commercial relationships with new and existing customers; coordinate and lead recurrent meetings with customers; administer day-to-day activities with customers, manage contractual documentation: handover certificates, acts of acceptance, invoices, etc.; coordinate and administer variations under (limited) guidance of the deputy commercial director; administer and monitor contract extensions, terminations as applicable; (assist in) claim management; monitor and control customer’s (payment) performance; support and administer periodic customer reviews; support contract closeouts and coordinate issuance of completion certificates; develop/extend the company’s customer base; perform other duties as assigned. requirements: at least 7 years work experience as a (senior) commercial specialist in an international company; profound knowledge of and experience in the field of contracting, contract management and customer support services; experience in working in an international company, preferably in oil & gas and/or offshore; experience in working with tenders, preferably in oil & gas and/or offshore; high level of business understanding and track record in business competency; good decision making skills; high level of (professional) flexibility. excellent communication skills in english and russian, written and oral. willingness to travel. conditions: location – st. petersburg official salary, official employment; standard schedule
