компания "zypl.ai" the vice president for sales (vps) will be zypl’s revenue power who spearheads the sales cycle for our products. s/he will gain a deep understanding of our product offerings and build out a system for sales including market research/lead generation, client outreach, and deal management. in addition, s/he will be responsible for forming a structure for zypl’s sales team and hiring professionals in the upcoming months. the ideal candidate for this position should possess leadership experience in sales at a fintech, software or other technology-related company. prior experience in a startup environment is highly valued. alternatively, candidates with a background in sales of banking products are similarly encouraged to apply. обязанности: formulate vision and structure for the sales cycle of zypl products (leads, calls, presentations, etc.) build a lean sales team that can adapt to rapidly changing conditions in a startup environment strategically manage sales of ai-based software solutions to enterprise clients who can effectively deploy products and improve performance conduct market research to identify market shifts in target markets and engage with product team to customize solutions for new markets engage with finance team to manage an internal budget for sales and marketing develop and implement tactics and strategies to raise zypl’s brand awareness initiate meetings with tech and marketing teams to standardize the content and form of marketing and communications materials explore potential for b2b2c lending platform sales based on zypl’s new product offering требования: minimum 2 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, marketing or related area ability to form a vision and lead a team strong analytical and research skills excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills prior experience in enterprise software-as-a-service (saas) environment is a major plus excellent knowledge of written and oral russian is mandatory; knowledge of english is a major plus ability to multi-task is a must условия: competitive market salary based on experience potential to gain company equity upon completion of milestones and kpis employment registration according to the official labor code key leadership role at a growing organization and a dynamic team
