компания "zypl.ai" the vice president for product (vpp) at zypl.ai is the driver of our growth. an engineer at heart and a manager in practice, the vpp will oversee our product team of engineers developing software products based on machine learning. managing the entire development and deployment cycle for zypl’s suite of products, the vpp will work directly with the ceo on scaling zypl’s sales and impact. s/he will closely work with vp growth and vp sales to identify market needs and adjust zypl.ai product offerings. an ideal candidate will have prior professional experience in leading software products and technical understanding of ai/ml. prior experience in a startup environment is highly valued. responsibilities: directly oversee a suite of zypl products (credit scoring, churn prediction, id recognition, etc.) from development to deployment manage teams of ml and full-stack engineers in successfully executing software products oversee the work of associate + assistant product managers leading specific products within the company establish and execute a system for team communication, task management, and performance reviews deploy agile methodologies to product development cycle adopt design thinking to identify customer needs and quickly prototype product offerings conduct research on latest market innovations and identify potential product opportunities liaise with clients to identify product gaps and lead post-analysis improvements requirements: minimum 3 years of experience in product management and/or engineering prior management of software development cycle is a must experience in b2b saas startup environment is a major plus sound technical understanding of ai including machine/deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing ability to form a vision and lead a team strong communication and negotiation skills excellent knowledge of written and oral russian and english team player attitude and eagerness to constantly learn/seek feedback ability to multi-task is a must conditions: competitive market salary + potential to gain company equity upon completion of milestones employment registration according to the official labor code key leadership role at a growing organization and a dynamic team relocation assistance to dushanbe if candidate is moving in from abroad
