компания "инспайр капитал" location: dubai, uae обязанности: - receiving, posting and clearing bank statements from in-house banks. verifying and reconciling bank balances with general ledger in the accounting system. investigating technical errors and/or discrepancies with banks; - generating payment files and distribution to banks. controlling completeness and validity of payment files. ensuring payment orders/files are received by banks; - managing accounts receivable, reconciliation and clearing invoices with incoming payments. investigating and resolving invalid or unauthorized deductions. provides reconciliation statements to customers; - assisting dunning process; provides statuses of outstanding invoices. - completing applications for credit limits to a credit insurance company based on the information received from sales departments; - controlling sufficient credit limits and credit exposure; keeping knowledge on historical claims and customers payment behaviour; требования: - educated to degree level in accounting/finance or commercial school qualification - initial work experience in an international environment - sound understanding of accounting and financial instruments and knowledge of banking procedures - knowledge and understanding of transactional risks in commodity trading including credit risk, geographic risk, operational and performance risks - good verbal and written command of english is of great advantage;- advanced knowledge of ms office interpersonal skills, social competencies - accurate and efficient working style with good attention to detail to complete the daily processes - structured approach with the ability to prioritise work load to meet deadlines - ability to absorb information quickly and thrive in high pressure environment - willingness to assume responsibility and work independently - customer oriented thinking with pro-active and flexible approach условия: location: dubai/ abu dhabi (visa is sponsored)
