Product/Performance Marketing Specialist

компания "иксби софтваре" ganttpro team develops great dynamic software for project management based on gantt charts. our product is already appreciated by over 800k project managers around the world, including teams from amazon, deloitte, github, vodafone, nasa, salesforce, sony, and many other businesses. we are looking for a talented and responsible product/performance marketing specialist to help us promote ganttpro, attract more leads, retain current customers, and return former users. if you’re a reliable person, a quick learner, and possess relevant proven experience, let’s talk! tasks and responsibilities: create and realaze hypotheses to increase conversions, improve pipeline and user onboarding work on user segmentation and user scenarios assist with planning marketing strategies and coordinating promotional and marketing campaigns. build and manage automate email marketing campaigns. requirements: 1+ years’ experience in digital product/performance marketing. understanding key product marketing metrics and real successfull cases of improving them. excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication in english (intermediate or higher). experience with marketing automation software, web analytics tools (google analytics, amplitude, similarweb, semrush/seranking, or others). email marketing experience (drip campaigns, newsletters, press releases). nice to have: background in saas product company is a plus. experience in using project management tools. experience in a/b testing, user onboarding, retain and resurrection programs. experience in building user portraits and user scenarios. experience in automating email campaigns. knowledge of agile methodology, growth techniques. conditions: official salary 29 days of paid vacation medical insurance english language course and other corporate programs 50% compensation for sports activities
