компания "ventra" our client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for experienced hse specialist. responsibilities: provide ep&r (incl. ics) trainings for company personnel facilitate emergency support group on as needed basis monitor industry high value learnings and communicate to those accordingly monitor recent developments in the area of expertise and apply them within company as appropriate drive new initiatives to improve existing practices provide subject matter expertise in the areas of emergency preparedness and response, including oil spill response, fire fighting, etc. assist company production with input into facility design on emergency response-related matters; development and oversight of the emergency response procedures, training and drill programs: administrate contracts with ep&r vendors from business line perspective; assist operations in implementing specific compliance initiatives; development, implementation and coordination of oil spill response (osr) and emergency response (er) training programs for the company production operations organization development, implementation, coordination and participation in osr and (er) drill and exercise programs for the company production operations organization; interface with regulatory agencies (acts as point of contact with regulators on osr and er matters); maintain quality and integrity of emergency response training records and database; maintain emergency response plans and manuals (oil spill response, fire asset plans, etc.) provide functional review on relevant osr/er issues and resolve them as needed; coordinate a process of company personnel collective competency in er areas (training and coaching); interface with various rf regulatory agencies on emergency response related issues; ascertain and provide feedback to company management on specific impacts of existing, new, and potentially significant pending rules and regulations in the areas of osr and er requirements: knowledge of english - upper-intermediate higher hse education have experience in all aspects of emergency response and prevention now regulations in the area of er (onshore and offshore), have experience in work with regulatory bodies on approvals of company plans. be a recognized expert (training + meaningful experience) in using and practicing incident command system chr(40)icschr(41) conditions: contract via ventra. employment in accordance with the rf labor code. voluntary medical insurance, social package.
