компания "ventra" our client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for experienced rcdp coordinator - специалист по локализации (работа по развитию поставщиков). responsibilities: evaluate projectchr(39)s volumes – including but not limited to existing contracts and upcoming projects identify actionable scopes where localization criteria is applicable; interface with internal functions – procurement, law, due diligence and other; advocate localization importance across projectchr(39)s project internal functions and external parties; promote russian content development plans across projectchr(39)s contractors; provide guidance on key requirements applicable for rcdp development; monitor contractor performance to ensure contractor delivers commitments described in rcdp; represent localization project interests and identify key business drivers for further development; perform analytics of localization levels and key drivers; develop localization strategy; conduct metrics verification per supplemental methodology latest version; introduce localization criteria into contract notwithstanding the acquisition method; develop and monitor kpis defined for each year as part of projectchr(39)s localization strategy execution; evaluate localization scoring during tender stage; develop stewardship packages for affiliate management, projectchr(39)s partners and russian authorizes state bodies; assist management in data analysis and presentations; perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, follow ;labor safety rules, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries and potential hazards at working place as well as conflict of interest. requirements: strong analytical skills excellent coordination skills proficient in ms office suite of software programs (specifically, excel and powerpoint) contract execution background experience / expertise financial experience / expertise strong communication and influencing skills demonstrated teamwork skills demonstrated planning and financial analysis skills ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities basic understanding of o&g industry read, write, and speak fluent english, especially as it applies to technical and business communications conditions: contract via ventra. employment in accordance with the rf labor code. voluntary medical insurance, social package.
