компания "ezs ивентс" major duties and responsibilities under supervision of the american space (as) director, proactively designs, organizes, coordinates and delivers a wide range of outreach, engagement, educational and professional development programs. works closely with the makerspace almaty to leverage shared resources and provide comprehensive programming to target audiences and provides social media outreach to target audiences. contributes to and helps implement an annual strategic plan. assists the american space director in developing strong partnerships with civil society, entrepreneurs, business and cultural leaders, and educators and students. designs innovative and engaging programs that align with mission and goals and priorities coordinates all phases of program management, including: analyzing target audiences and developing the most effective format to reach them; recruiting facilitators and speakers; arranging program logistics; designing effective marketing; partners with experts, teachers, entrepreneurs, cultural leaders and civil society to deliver quality programming. minimum desired qualifications a. education: bachelor’s degree required b. prior work experience: experience in program management, training coordination c. language proficiency: upper-intermediate to advanced english skills; fluency in russian; intermediate kazakh.
