компания "comtek inc." on platform, which heavily leverages the aws cloud platform, you’ll work with amazon’s ai and ml services to deploy, optimize and monitor predictive models that keeps caterpillar equipment running efficiently. this position will have you working closely with data scientists and data architects to operationalize the models they deliver. you will design, implement, test, document, and support cross-cutting services to help customers do machine learning at scale. you will serve as a key technical resource in the full development cycle, from conception to delivery and maintenance. you will own delivery of entire piece of the system and serve as technical lead on complex projects using best practice engineering standards. basic qualifications • minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with enterprise software delivery leveraging aws technologies.• 5 years of demonstrated experience leading software engineering projects.• 5 years or more of experience in designing and developing software applications in java and python (preference) or at least three years of experience in java and python with master’s degree in computer science or related field.• computer science fundamentals in data structures.• computer science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.preferred qualifications1. experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.2. experience building cloud-based predictive analytics software systems.3. hands on experience with amazon’s ai and ml services, particularly snowflake.4. knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations5. ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project.6. experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.7. deep hands-on technical expertise in: large scale systems engineering; building and operating complex distributed systems; experience with message brokers, restful apis and linux or unix platforms.8. experience with machine learning, data mining, and/or statistical analysis tools such as panda, r and matlab is a plus.9. experience with full predictive analytics modeling lifecycle – build, train, deploy, monitor, optimize – at scale.10. masterchr(39)s degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering.
