компания "плонк" plonq is the brand of alternative nicotine delivery systems.the company was established in 2018: international professionals united to make the world get rid of traditional smoking and decrease its negative impact for people.at plonq we create products and technologies that allow users to gradually reduce smoking and make nicotine consumption a conscious choice.from the very beginning we have been focused on forming a thoughtful adult users community all over the globe, providing an ethical alternative for adult smokers through research, deeptech and human-centered design.we are in search of a supply chain / demand specialist! this position requires:3 years of relevant experienceexcellent data analysis skillsenglish c1area of responsibility:logistic strategy management and improvementoverall supply chain performance improvementdetails:optimisation of domestic and international logistical costs:forecasting management and demand planning process;creation and consolidation of the demand plan for the long/mid and short-term periods for all plants and warehouses;demand plan management and alignment through the whole organization, by working with sales, production team, supply chain, marketing and finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used;driving the demand planning process and tools with supply chain to manage product availability, supply visibility, lead times, capacity, phase-in/phase out of skus;identification of risks and opportunities for business; providing recommendations for budget shortfall reductions;optimization of the planning process and tools; root cause analysis to drive forecast quality improvements:identification of potential risks for product availability and raw materials—close cooperation with the sales, production, procurement, logistics teams;management, development and continuous improvement of the sales forecasting performance;hard skills:data analysis - excel (power pivot, power query, olap sap analysis tool, sql queries, vba development & add-ins), dashboards - power bi, presentations - powerpoint, databases for demand, stocks and production - sap apo), analytics and forecasting models - sas, collaboration - teams, sharepoint.17:02 what we offer: work in a cozy office with a 5/2 schedule from 10:00 to 19:00. employment according to the labor code of the russian federation.
