компания "спортмастер" purpose & overall relevance: provide administrative support for department (300+hcs) in human resources, facilities management and budgeting matters for the director of the department; coordinate, control and communicate important department policy changes to the department; be a competence center for all administrative policies within the department; itchr(39)s important - departmentchr(39)s director is an expat and all business communication is only in english! what you will be responsible for: work on the description of the department’s processes, preparation of the analytics in scope of department administration; supporting processes related to the department’s administrative affairs; provide accurate, timely and meaningful financial analysis to the director to help proactively identify areas of potential overrun and to understand variances (actual vs budget) in operational expenses; control and align seasonal budget rounds for salaries across the teams; manage, track and consolidate the seasonal performance review of all team members and the consequent payment of bonuses; reporting upon request of the director of the department withing budgeting and hr matters; collaboration with hr department in terms of payroll, recruitment, training and development of staff; manage and coordinate trainings for department’s staff; coordinate the activities of administrative staff in the organization, managing about 5 people (pas); managing the salary structure for the department; monitor the planning of funds for the equipment and other office needs; space management of the office, if needed. what we expect from you: higher education, preferred sphere - economics, management or finance; upper-intermediate level in english or higher (spoken and written); advanced user of word, excel, ppt, outlook; minimum 2 years of work experience as administrative manager, personal assistant or other similar positions; nice to have experience in human resource management; staff management in hiring, firing, promotion and internal hr activities; basic personnel management skills: mentoring/coaching, identifying and developing talent, providing timely and relevant feedback to support growth, providing clear direction to others, actively managing changes within organization; ability to work with confidential (personnel) information; organizational skills: planning, priority setting, proper escalation, problem solving and decision making; analytical skills - qualitative and quantitative strength to develop and implement strategies to achieve competitive advantages for the business; basic leadership skills: influencing, conflict management, promoting a high performance culture within teams, comfortable challenging the status quo to elevate and optimize the performance of the business; results orientation: consistent implementation of business plans through ongoing controlling and monitoring of performance and results; cultivate cooperation and networks: to maintain trustful relationships and gain support of peers and encourage collaboration (internally or externally). what we offer: competitive salary; comfortable social package; possibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week; wide range of benefits: discounts on companychr(39)s product and discount programs with our partners, medical insurance after probation period, mobile services discounts etc.; opportunities for professional growth and self development; strong team.
