компания "колл солюшенс" we are looking for a recruiting manager to our international company. as a member of the hr team, you will work with hr managers in st.petersburg and other international offices in a dynamic environment to find the best talents therefore to bring success. tasks: manage the full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches mostly in client service and sales area. execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches. create and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards. source qualified, talented and high potential candidates through various instruments including local database, job sites, social media, networking etc. schedule phone interviews; provide feedback, conduct assessments where necessary. collaborate closely with hr managers and team leaders throughout the recruiting process to ensure you meet their hiring needs and goals regularly manage a pipeline activity and proactively share updates with internal stakeholders through reporting and analytics drive offer process including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters participate in company presentations, etc. requirements: upper-intermediate english level bachelor’s degree or above in human resources or similar 2+ years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience, preferably in the field of it/telecom, in-house or in a recruiting agency ability to manage multiple searches and work in a dynamic environment knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools is a plus strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. creativity and non-standard approaches in finding best solutions conditions: competitive compensation depending on experience and skills medical insurance, paid vacation opportunities for self-study, career growth working in a high-energy, professional environment corporate and social events
