компания "fashion retail kazakhstan" responsibilities: serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. implement locally and manage processes and practices communicated by central hr operations or work with central hr operations to design and implement country specific processes relating to all areas of hr . advise managers on organizational policy matters such as recruitment, employee performance and contractual matters, and recommend needed changes. coordinate and manage dispute resolution with line management, including resolving disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel or labor relations activities of an organization. represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, ensure that the monthly payroll is administrated efficiently and within the set timescales. reqirements: at least 5-7 years solid experience in human resources management experience in working out and implementation hr policies and procedures/compensation and benefits experience strong knowledge hr record keeping procedures /kazakhstani labor legislation evidenced credibility with colleagues, management and / or stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. able to demonstrate management skills to meet business need and driving and implementing strategy. proficiency with ms office and 1 c fluent in english is a must
