компания "компания по рефинансированию ипотеки узбекистана" reports to: head, refinance (business) operations division the research-analyst of refinance division is responsible for conducting various market researches and providing support to the head refinancing department. duties and responsibilities perform mortgage market and other research and make forecasts through the prism of regional and world tendencies. conducts (regular) comprehensive research and analysis, including:- the mortgage market and trends in it;- the housing market and trends in it;- other research and analytical work in the interests of the company prepare on a constant basis research reports on the banking and debt capital market. interacts with all organizations and institutions (public and private) to collect information for research and subsequent analysis. in-depth financial due diligence of commercial bank’s financial and operational performance with lending purpose. assist the head, of refinance business operations in the preparation and updating of various reports, internal documents, guidance, and other documents. prepare on a regular basis report to be submitted to management/supervisory board. competencies: - ability to listen, adapt, persuade, and transform. (operational efficiency) - accurately accumulating information and its analysis; forecasting potential problems and planning; allowing for alternative, creative solutions, and identifying the most reasonable solutions. (knowledge management) required skills and experience: degree in banking/economics/finance or equivalent professional qualification. at least 3 years of working experience in a financial institution at least 3 years of experience in research analysis. good knowledge of analytical research. knowledge of research approaches and methods of data collection. knowledge of the analysis of large data arrays. capacity to make mortgage market (and other) research and make forecasts through the prism of regional and world tendencies. basic knowledge of ifrs and financial analysis. experience in the usage of computers and ms office packages. advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages. language requirements: english (intermediate), russian (fluent), uzbek (fluent) the following skills are advantages: ability and knowledge of conducting professional research and analytical reports. extended experience in mortgage loan financing at least cfa level 1 or acca knowledge level _ about the company: jsc uzbek mortgage refinancing company (uzmrc) is a non-bank financial institution, and its main purpose is to provide long-term funding to qualifying commercial banks through refinancing eligible mortgage loans. the mandate of the uzmrc is to promote and develop the mortgage market of uzbekistan.
