компания "a1qa" project description: multi-platform solution which is a wellness platform that helps to engage people (mainly tied to large employers) in healthy activity around fitness, sleep, mental wellbeing, etc. the application awards users for points when they meet thresholds, and users can redeem those points for rewards at major retailers or other benefit partners. project aims at expanding the wellness program and introducing habit formation to ultimately change member behavior and make people healthier. responsibilities: • test documentation creation; • functional testing and gui testing; • api testing; • new feature testing; • defect validation; • regression and ppv (post-production verification) testing; • analyzing and reporting of testing results; • cross-browser testing; • estimation; • planning and reporting; • scrum activities (daily stand-up meetings, planning, retrospectives, grooming); • onboarding and mentoring of newcomers; • working with automation qa team to define the scope, create test data and user scenarios and analysis test results. requirements • half year or more experience in a qa role; • experience in testing web applications: rest api (postman, charles proxy) and ui parts, soap ui will be a plus; • familiarity with sql; • understanding of software lifecycle, general principles of modern distributed applications and microservices architecture; • experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (check-lists, test cases, etc.); • knowledge of english at intermediate level and above. • good communication skills. we offer: • тhe work schedule has been shifted to the evening (availability until 11 am cdt (gmt-05); • options to work remotely; • opportunities to grow in a number of professional areas; • competitive salary; • comfortable work environment; • english courses online; • corporate parties and events for employees and their children; • gym membership compensation; • 5 days of paid sick leave per year with no obligation to submit a sick-leave certificate and other benefits.
