компания "iq-solutions" company conditions and benefits: -medical insurance; -provision of mobile network; -opportunity to other company projects involvement; -personal development training program (hard skills/soft skills); -comfortable workplace, friendly international team of professionals; -participation in recognition program; -carrier growth opportunity; -salary discussion during the interview; required work experience: preferable 5 years +preferable mba (it management), it and business development consultancy experience (big4 and others) duties: -develop mid-term and long-term work plans with clients to achieve business growth and market leadership. -coordinate and manage complex digitalization projects together with customers. -act as curator of selected strategic initiatives. -establish, maintain and develop relationships with strategic partners/suppliers. -manage strategic interactions with clients. -develop new directions of business. -analyze the development of the service market, determine the prospects for the development of services. -search for potential clients/projects, products of all directions. -implement financial and commercial plans of supervised projects. -negotiations with targeted customers, including the stage prior sign of contracts. -participate on behalf of the company in it events, hackathons, partner solutions, promote the company in a professional environment. -permanent contact and manage customer expectations, team motivation. -take full control of ongoing digital design tasks. -provide advice on it mergers and acquisitions to senior executives, identify solutions to complex client problems. -apply practical experience in communications, corporate culture and change management. requirements: - development and implementation of it/ot cybersecurity and digital transformation strategy; - management of it projects and programs; - managing a geographically dispersed project team; - management of it services and their provision; - it portfolio management; - managing an integrated it team; - knowledge of iso, isaca, cobit, togaf, itil, bpmn standards and improvement of business processes; - negotiations at all levels with strategic customers; - market economy; - principles of enterprise development planning; - information technology; - fundamentals of financial and management accounting; - effective negotiation; - strong communication skills; - problem solving skills; - team management, leadership, coaching and mentoring; - achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets;
