компания "jti" we’re jti, japan tobacco international and we believe in freedom. we think that the possibilities are limitless when you’re free to choose. in fact, we’ve spent the last 20 years innovating, creating new and better products for our consumers to choose from. it’s how we’ve grown to be present in 130 countries. but our business isn’t just business. our business is our people. their talent. their potential. we believe when they’re free to be themselves, grow, travel and develop, amazing things can happen for our business. that’s why our employees, from around the world, choose to be a part of jti. it’s why 9 out of 10 would recommend us to a friend. and why we’ve been awarded global top employer status, six years running. so when you’re ready to choose a career you’ll love, in a company you’ll love, feel free to #jointheidea. learn more: jti.com area sales manager (travel retail) position purpose: the incumbent is responsible for achieving sales target for the assigned territory respecting the company compliance and all aspects of sales territory management (optimize rtm and field force deployment - where applicable). he/she is accountable for establishing close business relationship with the trade, play an active role in the implementation of consumer & trade programs. what you will do: be responsible for effective implementation of sales, distribution, through-the-line marketing strategies including merchandising, shelf-space, and promotional programs defined by the central and regional m&s team. monitor the progress and quality of materials used and recommend corrective action where necessary. be responsible for the sales rolling forecast, le, ap and sp inputs, monthly reports and plans for the assigned territory develop and implement account plans and agreements and monitoring of accounts compliance manage field intelligence and data gathering through sales force automation tool provided manage the executional kpi monitoring and reporting results to the regional sales director, including, sales volume, pricing, stock management, brand listings and others build strong relationships with direct and indirect customers and trade management manage the implementation of consumer & trade marketing programs and monitor implementation kpis, and competitive activity be accountable for highest quality execution at point of sales and timely program implementations participate in budget planning and budget control in an effective and compliant manner who are we looking for: university degree 5+ years’ experience in sales & distribution/channel management/field trade marketing. experience in consumer/trade promotions management fluent english, any additional language is a plus good working knowledge of forecasting, pricing strategy, budgeting and rtm process knowledge of trade marketing and pos consumer activation, logistics and order management, shelf space management, category management, distributor management, total pricing and trade margins management excellent communication skills, ability to build strong work relationships with stakeholders and partners solid analytical and problem-solving skills excellent time management and coordination skills readiness for business trips.
